Lot Description

Two early twentieth century silver vesta cases, to include a hardstone and engraved thistle vesta, a scrolling foliate monogrammed vesta, together with an ivory leaf aide memoire and matching book pin cushion for a chatelaine. Thistle vesta hallmarked William Henry Leather, Birmingham 1910. Weight of vestas 42.9gms. (4).

Overall condition good to fair. The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Thistle vesta with small dents to sides and reverse. Hardstones with small chips. Other vesta with small dents, engraved S.V. King. Chatelaine items with significant wear to the white metal plating.
