Lot Description

A Georgian and Victorian silver and mother-of-pearl penknives. The larger with engraved fruit to the mother-of-pearl handle and blade and a blank cartouche, the smaller with floral engravings to the handle and foliate border to the blade. Hallmark for Sheffield, 1840 and Birmingham, 1837. Lengths when open 11.2 to 14.6cms. Weight 40.2gms.
