<li>Three diamonds chipped, two with large surface reaching inclusions.

<li>Sapphires untested for natural or synthetic origin, believed synthetic.

<li>Synthetic sapphires are a deep medium very slightly violetish blue hue.

<li>Stamped 750. Maker's mark FG or EG.

<li>Screw back fittings for non-pierced ears.
