Lot Description
A mid-twentieth century silver mounted and enamel cigarette case, the rounded rectangular form decorated with pale blue guilloche enamel and foliate scrolls to a central circular panel. Hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd., Birmingham 1953. Measuring 3 1/4 inches (8.2 cm) by 2 ¾ inches (7 cm), gross weight 119.2 grams.

Condition Report
The case displays general surface wear, marks and scratches and some tarnishing to the metal. A couple of minor dints visible to underside. Minor edge chips/nibbles to enamel. Hinges and clasp appear in good working order, very slight gap remains when in closed position. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
