A nineteenth century continental bowl and cover, the tapering circular form having beaded rims and decorated throughout with scenes of putti at various activities and all within scrolled borders. Struck once with French weevil import mark, cover appears unmarked. Height measuring 3 1/8 inches (8 cm), weight 5.32 ozt (165.5 grams).
