An Edwardian silver christening set to include a knife, spoon, fork and napkin ring each with engraved monograms, contained within a fitted case with blue lined interior, hallmarked Sutherland & Roden (George Guirren Rhoden), Sheffield 1905/06. Together with a cased set of plated fish servers and two plated soup ladles. Gross weighable silver 2.6 ozt (82.9 grams). (4).

Condition Report
In good overall condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The fitted case shuts fully flush, some scuffs to the material to the raised part of the case, the spoon and fork and handle of the knife are dated 1905, the napkin ring and knife blade are dated 1906, all hallmarks clear and legible. The spoon, fork and napkin ring have the same monogram, the napkin ring has a different set of initials. The plated fish servers are both marked EPNS, the case has some minor scuffs and marks but shuts properly. The smaller of the plated ladles is stamped Roberts (image of an Aladdin's lamp) & Belk Ltd, alongside a 35u mark. The larger plated ladle has a minor bend to the handle with indistinct marks.
