A late Georgian gold, sepia and garnet memorial ring. Designed as an oval shape with red pastes set to the surround, the glazed panel depicting in sepia, two perching doves with trees above them and the initials WS between them, to the inscription 'When this you see, pray think on me'. Ring size G. Weight 2.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall good to fair condition. The ring would benefit from a delicate clean. There are moderate surface scratches throughout. The ring shank could have been replaced at a later date. There is abrasion to many of the garnets. Approximately ten of the garnets are severely chipped. There are a few possible replacement garnets.
