A sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The oval-shape pink sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond surround and openwork shoulders. Estimated dimensions of sapphire 7.1 by 6.3 by 2.9mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Ring size M1/2. Weight 4.9gms.
