Lot Description
A late Victorian silver locket and collar. The collar designed as a series of bow-shape links each engraved with foliage, suspending an oval-shape locket with ivy leaves engraved to the reverse and to the front, an overlaid bird and butterfly, to the engraved bridge and foliage. Length 42cms. Weight 43.8gms.

Condition Report
The condition of this lot is fair with surface scratches to the metal in keeping with age and wear. There is some cleaning residue to the outer edge of the locket. Tarnish and dirt visible mainly to the chain links. The internal glass is cracked through the centre, to one side. Would benefit from cleaning.
