An early 20th century 9ct gold amethyst and split pearl pendant. Of openwork design, the vari-shape amethyst, with split pearl scrolling foliate sides, similarly-set drop and 9ct gold belcher-link chain. Chain with import marks for Birmingham, 1974. Length of pendant 5.3cms. Length of chain 46cms. Total weight 9.2gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Pendant surmount is detachable.
<li>Pendant previously with brooch fittings. Pin and pin hinge deficient, soft solder visible.
<li>The drop is slightly bent.
<li>Amethyst are a well matched medium purple hue.
<li>Wear and minor losses to the mounts.
<li>Split pearls well matched.
