Lot Description
A late Georgian gold quartz and gem-set pendant. The foil back gem cross, with cannetille surround and spiral loop surmount. May be worn as a brooch. Length 4.1cms. Weight 5.5gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Replacement base metal pin.
<li>Possible replacement gems.
<li>Gems are foil back and appear a pink hue. The foil backing has deteriorated.
<li>Only central circular gem tested, tests as quartz. Setting prevents accurate testing of oval-shape gems.
