Lot Description

An Edwardian 18ct gold garnet ring. Designed as two rows of faceted garnets, with smaller garnets between, claw-set to a tapered band. Hallmark for Birmingham, 1902. Ring size O. Weight 5.3gms.

Condition Report

Overall good condition. With moderate surface scratches throughout. Minor wear to most of the garnets, one of the larger garnets has abrasion to all facets. One small garnet is definitely a replacement as it is a different cut, a couple of the smaller garnets are not set flat.
