A mid Victorian 18ct gold black enamel and split pearl memorial ring. Designed as diagonal rows of graduated split pearls, interspaced by black enamel, with circular hair panel to the reverse and personal inscription to the inner band which reads 'In memory of John Clegg Ob. Nov 22 1856 Ag 56. Ring size J. Weight 2.8gms.
