Lot Description

A late Victorian 18ct gold banded agate and diamond memorial pendant. The carved centrally-set agate of floral outline, with applied star shape set with a circular diamond, with plain surround and to the reverse a vacant glazed panel, with personal engraving around. Length 5.6cms. Weight 19.4gms.

Condition Report

The condition of this lot is good to fair. It has surface scratches to the gold and some tarnish to localised areas. The engraving reads 'In Memory Of J P Denton who fell asleep on 30th Nov 1871, Aged 71' . The glass has light scratches. Stamped 18ct.
