A late Victorian 9ct gold amethyst ring. The rectangular amethyst within a collet setting, to the tapered band with scrolling decoration. Personal engraving to the inner band. Ring size T 1/2. Weight 5.3gms.

Condition Report
Overall good condition, with moderate surface scratches and tarnishing. The ring has been made larger and there is a 0.5cm section to the back of the ring shank which has been added and this is a slightly different colour gold and there is pitting marks to the inside edge of where this section has been added. The inner band engraving is worn but reads 'From JW to JMW.
