A 19th century Oriental blue and white porcelain planter or jardinière, of slightly flared square form, raised upon four bracket feet, each panel decorated with figural scenes above a tile border, (a/f), 8" x 6.5" x 8.25" (20.5cm x 16.5cm x 21cm), together with a similar 19th century Oriental blue and white porcelain tray, of square form with raised sides, decorated with landscape studies heightened with gilt, 9" (23cm) diameter.

Planter with damage and wear, including chips to base and corners, and cracks. Splits to one side have been repaired with staples. Plus other production glaze flaws.
Tray also with damage and wear, including chips, particularly to edges and corners, gilt rubbed and worn.
