A 19th century Chinese Canton carved ivory card case of oblong form, to one side the body and cover carved with village scenes set in two lobed cartouches, the reverse with central oval panel having carved foliate design, enclosed by border carved with elders amongst blossoming trees, 3.75" x 2.25" (9.5cm x 5.5cm).
