An early to mid 20th century inlaid mantel clock. Having a 3-inch white-enamelled Roman dial, the single-train timepiece movement with vertically-mounted lever platform escapement over cut-away, stamped 'FRANCE', the case with carry handle to the ogee-arched surmount over break-arched front with ribbon and swag inlaid and chequer-strung borders on brass ogee bracket feet, 7.5", (19cm) high excluding carry handle.
