A cameo brooch and a carnelian brooch. The cameo of circular outline, carved to depict a man in profile, to the scalloped openwork surround, the carnelian brooch an oval-shape panel with applied floral detail and a foliate mount. Lengths 3.8 to 4.5cms. Weight 24.7gms.

The overall condition of the lot is fair, with surface scratches, dints and tarnish to the metal in keeping with general wear. The applied floral detail to the carnelian brooch is a little loose and rotates on its setting.
