Lot Description
A late Victorian gold, enamel and gem-set hinged bangle. The coral and diamond star-inset blue enamel dome and similarly-designed sides, each within various rope-twist and woven cannetille surrounds, hinged to the plain half-bangle. Inner diameter 5.8cms. Total weight 46.1gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Noticeable scratch marks to the back of the bangle and to the inside where the side panels attach.
<li>Central panel with glazed reverse.
<li>Enamel has been replaced.
<li>Possible replacement gems.
<li>Diamonds well matched.
<li>Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Two diamonds chipped.
<li>Coral untested for natural colour origin.
<li>Coral is a pale, slightly orangey pink hue.
