Lot Description

LOUIS VUITTON - an Ellipse MM handbag. Designed with a structured curved shape, featuring maker's monogram coated canvas exterior, gold-tone hardware, tan leather piping and rolled top handles, double wraparound zip fastening and one small interior patch pocket. Measuring 31 by 42cms.

Condition Report

Bag is in good condition overall. The coated canvas exterior has one small black mark on the back of the bag towards the base and one very small scuff mark that is only noticeable under closer inspection. The base is in good condition with minor speckled white marks, Vachetta piping is slightly scuffed on the back of the bag in the bottom right-hand corner. Rolled top handles have darkened significantly due to the handling and the age of the bag. Gold-tone hardware has light scratches and the rivets are slightly tarnished. Zip closure is in good working order and the interior is clean and in good condition with light dust in the base. With maker's dust bag. Serial Number: MI0947, April 1997 France.
