Lot Description
A split pearl and diamond pendant. The split pearl, with old-cut diamond chevron mount and similarly-cut diamond hinged surmount, suspended from a 9ct gold curb-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Chain with hallmarks for Birmingham. Length of pendant 2.9cms. Length of chain 46cms. Total weight 4.6gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>One claw deficient, small eye-visible gap to the middle of the mount, above the split pearl.<p>
<li>Diamonds well matched and bright.<p>
<li>Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.<p>
<li>Split pearl a creamy white body colour, with good pearly lustre, visible growth lines and minor damage to nacre.<p>
