Lot 108

Lot Description

Two mid to late Victorian items of jewellery.  To include a mid Victorian gold, diamond and enamel ring, the rose-cut diamond within a floral design claw setting to the black enamel surround, together with a late Victorian bracelet panel, the central split pearls atop a black paste background to the scrolling acanthus leaf surround with hinged outer panels and a suspended enamel and split pearl heart. Length 3.3cms. Ring size M 1/2. Weight 4.2gms.

Postage: Auction Default

Weight: No

Total lot weight: No

The condition of this lot is poor. The bracelet panel has been re-enamelled to the drop and appears to have added enamel around the pearl settings. The ring has significant loss to the enamel, particularly to the shoulders where the floral detail is also heavily rubbed. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
