Lot Description

Two late Victorian natural amber cheroots with 9ct gold rims. Both with natural amber mouthpieces to the 9ct gold rims. Hallmarks for London, 1861 and Birmingham, 1895. Lengths 5.5 and 6.6cms. Weight 14.1gms. Both with fitted cases.

Overall good condition. With small chips to the end of the mouth piece, light surface scratches throughout, the solder join has become easily visible to the wider cheroot. The fitted cases are in a fair condition. The longer case has some rusting to its hinges and clasp. The shorter case has some scratches to the outside and a few dark marks to the interior.
