Lot Description
A dark ranch mink coat. Featuring a notched lapel collar, decorative buttoned wrist straps and removable waist ties, hook and eye clip fastenings, two outer pockets and one inner pocket. Believed to be a size 10 to 12.

Condition Report
The condition of the coat is good, with minor wear to fur at cuffs and front edge of collar; the fabric lining is in clean condition with no stains, but has an area with two small holes/pulls near the hem. The fur to the end of one of the removable waist ties seems to have been very lightly singed; this is only noticeable on very close inspection.
The chest measures approximately 38 inches; nape to hem approximately 45 inches.
