A mid 19th century needlework sampler, worked by 'Harriet M. Perks Aged 9 Years 1849', with six-line religious verse ('Jesus permit thy gracious name to stand...') beneath flowering plants, some in urns, within leaf and berry border, 18" x 17", (46cm x 43cm), framed under glass.
