An early 19th century oval painted portrait miniature upon ivory, depicting a young gentleman in black overcoat and white neckerchief, 2.75" x 2.25" (7cm x 5.5cm), in gold plated frame with suspension loop, and under glass.

Miniature appears to be in good overall condition, with some minor rubbing to edges, however has not been inspected from under the glass.

Frame with wear to plating in parts, glass and backing loose.
