An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape sapphire, with brilliant-cut diamond trefoil sides and tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Import marks for London, 1977. Ring size M1/2. Weight 3.5gms.
