An 18ct gold gem-set and diamond cluster ring. The circular-shape blue zircon, with brilliant-cut diamond and marquise-shape pink sapphire asymmetric surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.20ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size N1/2. Weight 4.6gms.
