Lot Description
A demi buff mink fur coat. The coat designed with a notched lapel collar, hook and eye clip fastenings and coated leather belt with belt loops and two outer pockets together with an unassociated imitation leather belt. Labelled Faulkes Edgbaston Birmingham. Believed to be size 10 to 12.

Condition Report
The coat is in good condition overall, with some wear to the fur at front edges of collar, hem and to the underarm area. The fabric lining is clean with few marks but requires repair at the waist seam where the stitching has come undone.
Coat chest measures approximately 40 inches; nape to hem approximately 41 inches.
