Lot Description

A Georgian toddy ladle having a spiral twist baleen handle leading to a florally embossed bowl with centrally inset George II Sixpence 1757 to base, length measuring 14 1/4 inches (36.2 cm). Together with a pair of mid-nineteenth century fish servers, each with shaped foliate handle, crest engraved and leading to the pierced blade and fork with engraved scrolling foliage throughout, ferrules hallmarked Birmingham 1851, blade with plated marks, length of slice measuring 13 inches (33 cm).
