Lot Description
A pair of 1920's silver mounted candlesticks, each octagonal stepped filled base leading to a knopped and tapered stem with plain circular nozzle. Hallmarked Sydney & Co., Birmingham 1928. Height measuring 7 7/8 inches (20.2 cm).

Condition Report
In fair condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Visible crude solder repairs around the bottom of one of the stems. Noticeable bumps and creases around the rim of the nozzles. Noticeable line dent across the bottom of one of the bases, probably been knocked. Both have filled bases with green bays covering the loading. Hallmarks slightly rubbed but still legible.
