Lot Description
A 1930's silver mounted child's rattle, modelled in the form of a bear wearing a bow tie, with teething ring. Hallmarked W H Collins & Co., Birmingham 1936. Length exclusive of teething ring measures 1 6/8 inches (4.5 cm).

Condition Report
In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The nose of the bear is slightly dented inwards, heavier tarnishing around the legs, minor bumps all over. Hallmarks clear and legible, further marked 'BCM/BRIAUR'.
