A sapphire and diamond dress ring. The rectangular-shape sapphire, with baguette-cut diamond line sides and square-shape diamond shoulders. Sapphire weight 1.36cts. Total diamond weight 0.37ct, stamped to band. Cypriot marks. Ring size M. Weight 2.7gms.
