A diamond heart pendant. Of openwork design, the brilliant-cut diamond heart, suspended from a 9ct gold curb-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 1ct. Chain with hallmarks for Sheffield. Length of pendant 2.6cms. Length of chain 45cms. Total weight 5.9gms.
