Lot Description

A late Victorian diamond and pearl brooch. The pearl, measuring 6.8mms, within rose-cut diamond petal surrounds. May be worn as a pendant. Diameter 2.9cms. Weight 10.8gms. Pearl untested.

<li>Overall condition good with some surface scratches and discoloration.

<li>Diamonds well matched and bright.<p>

<li>Cut and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents total carat weight, colour or clarity estimation.

<li>Diamonds have mostly small, scattered inclusions, few larger surface reaching feathers.

<lI>Pearl untested for natural origin.

<li>Pearl in fair to good condition, with slight surface damage to the outer nacre layers and internal crack.
