A George IV gold split pearl mourning brooch. Of rectangular outline, with central woven hair panel, to the split pearl surround and personal inscription to the reverse, reading 'S J Dalbiac Ob, 25 Jan 1829 at 45.' Length 2cms. Weight 4.3gms.
