Lot Description

A late Victorian gold citrine and enamel brooch. The oval-shape citrine, with bead and white enamel quatrefoil surround. Estimated dimensions of citrine 28 by 23 by 13.5mms. Length 4.9cms. Weight 23.7gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.

<li>Citrine is a medium brownish yellow hue, well saturated, with good clarity.<p>

<li>Citrine in good condition with minor abrasions and some small scracthes to the table facet.<p>

<li>Sections recently cleaned to a high finish. Enamel probable replacement.

<li>Enamel in good condition with minor abrasions.

<li>Width 4.6cms.
