A late Victorian gold amethyst necklace. Designed as a graduated series of oval-shape amethyst collets, with belcher-link chain spacers, to the rectangular-shape amethyst clasp. Length 45cms. Weight 28.1gms.

<li>Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Amethysts are a well matched deep violetish purple hue, fairly well saturated, with good to fair clarity and typical inclusions.<p>
<li>Amethysts in good condition with minor abrasions.<p>
<li>Length of largest collet 1.5cms. Length of smallest collet 0.9cm.
