An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The circular-shape sapphire, with single-cut diamond surround and grooved marquise-shape shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.10ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1992. Ring size K1/2. Weight 2.8gms.
