An 18ct gold diamond and sapphire pendant. The oval sapphire cabochon, with brilliant-cut diamond geometric surrounds, suspended from an integral trace-link chain. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct. Italian marks. Length 41.8cms. Weight 9.2gms.
