Two late Victorian gold gem-set brooches. To include an 18ct gold split pearl and blue enamel star brooch with blue enamel Greek-key and cannetille surrounds, together with a 9ct gold amethyst foliate brooch with geometric engraved surround. Lengths 3.4 and 4.5cms. Total weight 26.5gms.

<li>Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Each brooch with glazed panel reverse.
<li>Enamel brooch with hook to reverse for drop, deficient.
<li>Enamel with minor losses.
<li>Split pearls with wear, discolouration.
<li>Amethyst in closed back settings, possibly foil back and appears a pinkish purple hue.
<li>Weight of enamel brooch 17.8gms.
