A 9ct gold diamond and sapphire pendant. The pear-shape sapphire and single-cut diamond butterfly, with openwork heart surround, suspended from a tapered surmount and 9ct gold curb-link chain. Hallmarks for Birmingham and Sheffield. Length of pendant 2.3cms. Length of chain 40cms. Weight 3gms.
