An 18ct gold sapphire and diamond dress ring. Of openwork design, the oval-shape sapphire, with baguette and brilliant-cut diamond sides, to the brilliant-cut diamond border. Estimated total diamond weight 0.55ct. Hallmarks for London, 2008. Ring size M1/2. Weight 4.5gms.
