A Georgian gold jade ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the replacement carved jade flower, with grooved surround and tapered shoulders. Approximate ring size L. Weight 5.2gms. Jade untested.

<li>Overall condition good. Surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
<li>Jade is a later replacement.
<li>Jade is a mottled green hue with drill holes either side.<p>
<li>Jade is in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles.<p>
<li>Jade untested for natural colour origin.
<li>Length of ring head 3.2cms.
<li>Reverse engraved 'CC Golding ob 16th June 1789 at 48'.
