A 19th century Anglo Indian carved and ivory inlaid davenport, the top with hinged opening panel lifting to reveal a fitted stationary storage compartment, the hinged opening slope with inlaid panel depicting winged infants, and flowers, the base fitted with four drawers and four dummy drawers to sides and turned tapered pillar supports, the whole upon brass castors, together with matching inlaid stool, 31" (78.75cm) high.
