An early twentieth century silver dish, of oval steep sided form with beaded rim, the interior with engraved vacant shield cartouche with floral swag surmount, surrounded by a conforming swag border. Hallmarked Z Barraclough & Sons, Sheffield 1910. Length measuring 9 1/4 inches (23.5cm), weight 6.53 ozt (203.2 grams).

Appears in good overall condition, displaying some tarnishing and general surface scratches, marks and wear commensurate with the age and use. A few cracks around bead rim at joins. Hallmarks are clear and legible, also with impressed maker's mark and numbered.
