Lot Description

An Edwardian silver small footed dish, the circular form with applied rim and decorated in low relief to one side with a medallion for The National Rifle Association. Hallmarked Elkington & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1906. Diameter 4 inches (10 cm), weight 3.85 ozt (119.7 grams).

Condition Report

Appears quite tarnished throughout and would benefit from clean and polish. Surface marks and scratches with some heavier marks to some areas including interior. A couple of slight dints. Some rubbing and wear to raised surface of medallion with some loss of detail. Hallmarks clear and legible, lightly rubbed. Further impressed maker's name to base.
