Lot Description

A set of three nineteenth century Scottish provincial silver toddy ladles in plain Fiddle style pattern. Each struck to reverse of terminal with maker's mark for David Manson (Dundee, circa 1810). Length 6 inches (15 cm), weight 2.34 ozt (73 grams).

All appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some general surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. A few minor surface dints/bumps. Bowls have faired well and retained the circular shape. Marks a little rubbed but all legible.
