Lot Description

A cased set of Chinese coffee spoons, each with slim banded stem and applied jade terminal, marked to stem reverse 'sterling' and 'Made in H.K'. Together with a cased set of 1920's silver teaspoons, hallmarked Walter Trickett, Sheffield 1923 with a pair of associated sugar tongs, Sheffield 1917. Gross weight 4.59 ozt (142.8 grams).

All spoons with some quite heavy tarnishing and would benefit from a clean and polish. Otherwise appearing in fairly good overall condition displaying general surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with age and use. Spoon bowls have generally faired well. Hallmarks mostly clear and legible, light rubbing.
